A question for ladies re shampoo

I switched and I am trying to get my wife to switch, to all natural shampoo bars.

She has switched, is agreeable and we both like how they lather, but, and it's a big but, the ones we have tried so far, leave our scalps itchy.
We got sampler packs from Chagrinvalley.

The cleansing and hair condition after shampooing is fine, but the itchy scalp is driving us nuts.

She is Asian and has long hair.

Any suggestions ?

Another thread suggests:
J.R. Liggetts
Savon de Marseille Olive Oil based

thanks

Not sure about the long hair, but itchy scalp possibly due to shampoo bar build-up.
Solution: Rinse longer after shampooing, especially with cooler water. Or a vinegar rinse, as recommended on the CV website.

I said this in another thread, but I am using a shampoo bar made by Michelle at Mystic Water Soap and it's really nice.

I rinse very thoroughly after each shampooing. I haven't had any scalp dryness or itching at all.

I recently got into shampoo bars too along with my boyfriend, I suggest you try IA Soap's website since they have a variety. I rinse thoroughly and blowdry my hair only to get amazing results and volume. Another suggestion is to try Ebay which Im sure you'll find a few sellers who make shampoo bars.

Rinse using Vinegar, it will give a gloss to the hair and restore the PH balance of the hair and scalp

soap is alkaline, the vinegar mildly acidic and cancel each other out but give a great shine hair.
