Lots of great shows, but only one mention of The Rifleman upthread. I loved that show. Of course, Diana Rigg (Emma Peel) in The Avengers has to be mentioned.

The Rifleman's kid was kind of annoying, but like most cowboy shows back then, the gun was cool. My parents gave me a Rifleman cap gun for my birthday one year, and I fired off a full roll of caps in the basement faster than my parents could get downstairs and take it away.
SOUPY SALES, with white fang and black tooth.
The 1980s Smurfs. Call it my 2nd childhood, but I watched that show every Saturday morning with our youngest daughter, and enjoyed it as much as she did. Our daughter liked my company, and my wife was glad she didn't have to watch.

Oh yes,the great Looney Tunes. My favorites were Foghorn Leghorn (“now son, you’re goin about it all wrong”) and Pepe le’ Pew the ultra amorous skunk. Lots of double entendre there.Phil:

Great shows, which really couldn't be made today.
I always liked Daffy Duck more than I did Bugs Bunny, and I was a huge fan of the Roadrunner/Wiley Coyote.
