Lazy today, so a rotisserie chicken from Costco with a huge bowl of spinach and other greens; macadamia nut oil to dress. Will be a whey shake with natural peanut butter before bed.
 
I cheat... Dinner was 1 dozen or so eggs from our chickens/ducks + tomatoes and parsley from the garden tossed into a CI pan in something that resembled a fritatta. That part was healthy... the deschutes inversion ipa was not on script. I am eyeing the spinach in the garden and trying to think about something for tomorrow.

Pft, you call that a cheat? I'll show you a proper cheat day! Kidding...my refeeds are a little more disciplined these days.

No worries about a few drinks. You'll likely be back in ketosis within 12-16 hours.
 
Fasted today.

Getting my butt back into the gym for good tomorrow. I'm not chasing massive size like I used to in my 20s. A nice, very lean 170-175 is what I'd be happy with. Very doable.
 
Dozen hard boiled eggs, huge salad. Lots of mustard and hot sauce . Lots.

Two cans of kippers. Delish.

Before bed is a whey shake with PB2 and a tablespoon of coconut oil.

Yep, I'm one exciting eater on a work day!

This dish was the bomb. Cauliflower shepherds pie. Meaty, cheesy, garlic and mushroom goodness.
