Your experience with a Treet Silver blade

I'm curious about this Treet Silver blade in yellow-green packaging, it's not very common to buy in Europe on AMZ, I haven't looked on Ebay but it's available on RBC.
The fact that we see less and less of these blades makes me think as another forum member pointed out that in reality it could be the same blade as Treet King or in any case a copy of another Treet only slightly different, maybe Trig Silver Edge?
Treet Silver should be another of their carbon blades from the Pakistani company.
What do you think?
Does any forum member have experience with this Pakistani blade?

I wanted to understand whether it was okay to try them.
Unfortunately, these Treet Silver blades are apparently only found in packs of a hundred, probably in a few years they will disappear from the market.

In fact as I already wrote in another topic on Treet blades the new marketing and the entry of new blades like Trim and Tjax perhaps will take these Treet Silver blades out of production.
This is if we also consider that of carbon blades the Pakistani company already has too many.

I have used them in the past and I liked them. Smooth and on the mild side. Some assertions have been made that they are similiar to the Treet Black Beauties with a silver tint color applied to the blade. The Treet Blacks are the blade I would compare them to.

Treet Silver was a winner in my carbon treet trials here:
As I understand it, Treet hasn't produced these for awhile and may have streamlined their carbon production to one good (Dura Sharp) and one bad ("black beauty") blade.

Thanks for the news that Treet Silver will no longer be produced.
I suspected a reduction in the supply of carbon steel blades, of the Treet blades in the picture recently I have only tried the Treet New Edge and still have two packages.

Thank's for the advice, Sir
Okay if they disappear from the market and are similar to the black beauties I will go for the latter.
I have already ordered four packs of the black beauties and Dura Sharp blades.

Personally, I found the Treet Silver to perform as equally well (and/or badly, if that's your opinion) as the Classic. It's a good and usable carbon blade. Yes, the Durasharp is nicer.

I have convinced myself that it is not worth buying these Treet Silver blades on RBC I will wait for the black beauties and the Treet Dura Sharp, later I will try Falcon and Treet Super Power

Silver, Dura Sharp and Falcon are in the category of higher-quality, better-performing, longer-lasting carbon Treets. Some have speculated they're all the same, although I didn't find that in my trials. They had different characteristics, with the Silver being probably the best overall and definitely the best in certain razors. I found nothing to justify the $2 premium for Falcons above Dura Sharp and Silver on RBC.

Super Power is in the lower-quality, shorter-lasting category of carbon Treets with New Edge and Classic. I found slight differences between these three, but it wouldn't be a total shock if they were all the same blade.

The Black Beauty is a novelty blade, pretty to look at and slightly worse and shorter lasting than the lower-quality category. It's an adequate single-use blade if your facial hair is on the lighter side.

Agreed. I haven't used a single black blade (Treet, Flying Eagle, Shubaili, some vintage Gillette?) that performed even as good as a regular modern budget-class stainless steel blade. I'm curious how many of those Treet actually sells.

That was what I wanted to find out if they are the same blade I see that the Falcon are sold at a lower price than the Dura Sharp, usually on 10 € for 200 blades might be the best proposal if the blade works well.

Alex I used the Treet Black years ago and actually at first I liked it a lot.
Later I don't remember maybe used on different razors they seemed like boring blades or not up to the standard of others however they are still good blades the Treet Blacks you have to try them.
Nothing like Flying Eagles/Shubaili the Treet black beauties are far better at least for one or two shaves.
Edited. I clarify that I have never used Flying Eagles/Shubaili and would never use a blade of those, however I trust the negative reviews and opinions reported by those who have used them at least once.

For sure the Treet at least doesn't feel like you are shaving with broken glass shards. That's a special quality of the Flying Eagles/Shubaili blades.

I tried the Black Beauties early on as a wet shaver, and I think you could find even a favorable comment from me about them in the past. However, I now think they are questionable other than as a cool converation piece. I think 6 cents blades like Dorco ST300 blow away the Treet Carbons if we're talking about using them to shave with. Heck, even from the same stable, Treet Platinums and Treet Dura Sharps cut so much better and their edges last longer.

Yeah, ALL the other Treet carbons last longer than the black beauty, and most cut better as well. The Dorco ST300, in the right razor, cuts better than the Treets on first use but degrades fast -- as fast as the lower-quality carbon Treets.
I mostly use razorbladesclub as a reference, and the Dorcos are $3 per 100 more expensive than the Treets. But yeah, if you find the Dorcos for 6 cents, you'd have to take that every time.

Yeah, I mostly buy off Amazon. Here's a listing I've used before: https://www.amazon.com/DORCO-ST300-Platinum-Razor-Blades/dp/B003OY14EK/ . Good blades, $6.25.

ST300s last a long time for me, at least 5 full shaves.
