Yes a good handle does make a difference

I know there are quite a few people that would like to get a different handle for their 89s or other razors but wonder if it's worth it. Yep sure is. I have always liked my DE89 but the slick, lightweight handle has kept me from loving it. I bought a Weber Bulldog and wow what a difference. The grip & weight just feel good and allows a person to apply a little more pressure without forcing it. Really nice polished stainless steel and great knurling. Whether you go for a Weber, Bob's or iKon just go for it! Sorry about the big, fat thumbprint.

I too paired a Weber Bulldog handle with an EJ89. I was skeptical that there would be any difference, but I was wrong. I has been one of those perfect match ups. I wished I hadn't waited so long to try them together.
