Which Soap Makers Consistently Put Out the Best Scents

Saponificio Varesino
Tallow + Steel
Ethos

Stirling has a few excellent original ones (Glastonbury and Varen in particular), and some that are horrific.

I've got two Scheermonnik soaps, Soek and Delft Donderslag, and they do smell wonderful and perform great. They deserve more attention than they get.
There are some more...
Delfts wit and 1778 are nice to still judging about smoor, berk, puur

For my nose Wickham's and TOBS have the best range of scents. They also make my 2 favourite scents of all time:
Magnum (Wickhams)
Sandalwood (TOBS)

To me RazoRock Put out some pretty awesome sents In their products. They’re also are a great value as well. Probably my favorite line of shaving products at the moment.

"Best" is relative, particularly with fragrances. Stirling for sheer variety. B&M, A&E, and Southern Witchcrafts for the best "unique" fragrances. T+S, CFG, and CC for "I could get used to this" scents. And the British lineup for traditionals: GFT, D.R. Harris and TOBS.
