Took my two right hand ladies in the office to Bar A Thym for the "Festive Set Lunch". Being Singaporean they went aquatic so lobster bisque with prawn wonton and king salmon in a saffron and dill broth with smoked eel. I had pan fried foie gras followed by roasted quail. As it's Christmas, a glass of fizz each and a bottle of Bordeaux. I am now wondering why I came back to the office...
