What's for dinner? February/March 2010

Where to start,:sad:
Antipasti,cheese plates, dips and crudité chips, guacamole. Dinner- BBQ brisket, chicken cutlet Parm, Linguine with white clam sauce with 3 dozen fresh clams,homemade from scratch manicotti, rocket salad, stuffed mushrooms. Dessert- Cookies of multiple varieties, homemade Blueberry pie, ice cream cake, fruit platter, pastries.Coffee, tea, and aperitifs....groan..


Partagas Habanos No. 4 especial. :wink2:
 
Man I can't believe I've never been in this thread until today.

Dinner:

Baby back ribs (propane....sorry Jim) on my grill in the garage. Seasoned in own spice mix. Wife made pasta salad and I topped it off with home made lemonade. Sat in our garage while the kids were playing with chalk and writing on our drive way.
 
Pasta with a proper Bologonese sauce.

Posted that before - I must be eating that a lot!

Great!

When i ordered my knife, Takeda was the obvious alternative.

I am thinking about the cleaver of mr. Watanabe now, but maybe I should consider Takeda again.

It is a great looking knife!
