HMR BBQ Chicken, rice and beans. I was not expecting much, but it was good. Not Billy Sims BBQ or Oklahoma Joe’s, but still good.

Food always tastes better when you don’t expect much.
Chicken Shawarma, done in the air fryer, with quinoa tabouleh and tzatziki. The chicken is really simple, marinade in dried oregano, cumin, coriander, chili powder, garlic, salt, mix together with oil, coat and leave for a couple of hours, then 15 mins in the AF at 200c
My son’s first solo run at sausage with some guidance from dad. Chicken/feta/spinach sausage with smoked hot and sweet Spanish paprika, garlic, marjoram, coriander. Pretty darn good.

Tried Cacio e Pepe at home and its a keeper, easy and delicious. (Pasta with Pecorino Romano and cracked black pepper with olive oil)
Not sure about surf and turf tacos. Plus, I like steak on the flour tortillas and the shrimp on white corn. Delicious no matter how you taco it.
Grilled chicken, roasted veggies
Baked salmon mashed sweet potatoes with a large green salad and iced tea. Does a body good.
