Homemade veggie pizzas with garlic and basil sauce.
HMR Savory Chicken with carrots, mushrooms and rice in a brown sauce.
Rib-eye steak. Seared rare stove-top, after I pressed in lots of cracked peppercorns. No brandy flame, alas, for the usual reason. Then heavy cream and Maldon sea salt. Yum.
Poulet Veronique - chicken stewed in Lillet Blanc, with tarragon and grapes.
Tomahawk steak tonight. Gonna try pan/oven instead of BBQ for a change.
Pork adobo.
Nice with the bok choy!
Kids requested burgers today 
Flank steak coated in mustard prior to pan frying, bell peppers, portabellas sautéed with bacon and grassfed (Vital Farms) butter. Their eggs are absolutely delicious, as well
Thai beef salad.
Shrimp and faux grits....they’re cauliflower.

Tonight we pay homage to one of the finest culinary practitioners of our time: Anthony Bourdain.
It‘s a cold and bleak day here in Appalachia; it demands Bourdain‘s excellent Beef Bourguignon. A tad technical (had to make my own demi glace) but worth the effort. Salad, fresh baked baguette, and I think a Zinfandel will round things out.

Last night was Dijon mustard and panko breaded, air fried, fish and shrimp tacos with slaw and guacamole.
My wife is working overtime tonight and the little one is staying the night with her Godparents. I am alone all by myself. I haven’t decided what’s for dinner yet but I am certain she won’t approve of what I eat and drink tonight!!!
And she will be really upset that the toilet seats are up in both inside bathrooms.
