Garlic sausages, grilled zucchini, eggplant, fresh tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms and a little squeeze of kewipe Japanese mayo as a dip for the veggies.
Got the tri tip on. Some corn on the cob will be joining it later. Only thing that would make this better is a beer, but, alas, drinking is no longer in the cards for me.

From our days in Germany; a flammkuchen. On the French side it is a tarte flambé. It’s a grilled pizza with quark or creme fraiche, red onions and bacon or prosciutto.
Please stop that.

Pretty simple dinner the other night. Grilled chicken seasoned with soy sauce and topped with fresh pineapple and some grilled onion and portobello mushroom, and zucchini from our garden.

That looks great! I just watched street food South America on Netflix. The first episode is Argentina. There was a stuffed pizza with onion on top. It made me want to book a flight!

Ribeye, scalloped potatoes, green beans with onions & bacon.
Garlic bread, salad and a zucchini, spinach frittata. Zucchini from the garden and eggs from our chickens. Lots of both ingredients so why not combine them?
Broccoli cheese soup, zucchini fritters, sourdough toast and a small handful of tomatoes from the garden.
A burger tonight. Grass fed beef mixed with toasted garlic, roasted poblano and roasted onion. Tomato from the garden, dijon mustard, sharp cheddar cheese, mayo and toasted potato bun. Bacon on top with red lettuce.
Lamb burgers, lemon cucumber, garbanzos and spinach with garlic, homemade chocolate candy.
Burgers are doctored up with kale, green olives, chia flour, fennel salt, coconut aminoes, and probably a few things I’m forgetting. Lime juice for one.

Train wreck pasta on Saturday night, Bow-tie pasta, garlic, zucchini and onion from the garden, shrimp and a tablespoon of cream cheese with olive oil and Italian herbs (basil, oregano, parsley and time fresh from the garden too) pasta water to thicken sauce. Topped with grated pecorino romano.
Panang and coconut curries for the week. I cook ahead so lunch times are just heat and eat at 3am when I get my break from work.
