I love Kershaw and CRKT I have a leek in my pocket right now that I got on sale at BIG5 for $17 (A Big Sale LOL) The guys that own CRKT I think are the same guys who used to own Kershaw. You get a lot of knife for your money from CRKT. Anymore I will only carry a one had opening knife that has a locking blade. I have a friend who was out sailing with his son. He carried a syderco mariner, their boat went down. While the boat was sinking he and his son got caught up in the lines. He had to hang onto his son with one arm and cut with the other. Most of mine have half serrated blades. The serrated part is much easy to sharpen then folks think it is.
