What razor is this?

Hi!

My father has an gillette double edge razor. It has a white grip and turn to open (butterfly?). The grip has ridges aswell, like rings around the grip.

The only thing that is written underneath it is "Gilette" and "Made in England"

Don't know if this is enough information... Don't have a cam, so can't take a picture of it. But maybe, if someone can point me to a website with those old gilette razors i'd love it!

Nah, almost. The thing to turn to open it is right underneath the head. And the white grip is rubber I think.

Is it considered any good? Rubbish? And do you have any idea how aggresive it is? I might try it tomorrow.

It's a very good shaver. Relatively mild and basically a Superspeed with a long handle.
