What have a gotten myself into?

I picked up an auction on the 'bay, mostly for an adjustable DE and a brush, but it has a couple of injectors in it. I'm going to have to try them out unless you tell me they aren't worth using. I am not sure what I have or what blades I need or where to get them. Any help on these?
All I know is in the pics. I haven't received them yet. One is a schick, and the other a lady eversharp.

K2 and L1?

I've found barber, personna, schick and feather blades. Are any of them bad, or is one better than the others? The barber are platinum chrome and used to be the personna, I think. They are $8/20 on amazon.

ID looks correct. The Chinese Schick (aka Chick) blades are quite nice. Available in lots of places including Amazon. There's also a group buy of the Personna blades happening right now.

I'm not sure I want 100 blades for my injector, yet, especially since I haven't used them yet. I'd get in on 10 or 20 maybe, but 100 is probably a bit too much for me know. I'll check out the crew, and join up if I end up liking them.

The PTFE coated come 20 blades to an injector so 100 blades is only 5 injectors.

You can always sell them on BST as injector blades are a hard to come by local item it seems

Oh it is.... I just started with injectors a week ago and the adjustable PAL is nudging my Cobra for first place... It's awful as I really dig the Cobra

That and I'm joining the 2013 sabbatical, so if I do like them, I need to have a couple around to make it through the year. If the group buy doesn't happen, I'll have to buy a package before the end of the year.

And I'm sure I can resell them if need be. It sure sounds like I'm going to like them, though.

Yeah. The injectors are so easy it almost seems like cheating. The "K" is a relatively mild shaver. I've never tried a Lady Eversharp, so no comment there. The early ones have a reputation as somewhat more aggressive. All of them can provide a terrific shave.

Hopefully not too mild. My favorite is a Gillette new so far, so if it is in that neighborhood, I'll be happy.

I have shaved with the regular injector, and it worked great. I'm not sure how I feel about it yet, but I think I'll keep one in the rotation. I will try the lady schick tomorrow and see what I think of that one. I have trouble deciding whether I like it or not, because it is just different than my other SE and DE razors. I'll report tomorrow on the results.

I feel your pain, brother! I bought a package deal in order to get a nice ER brush. It included I very nice ER SE travel kit. I have been hooked on SE's ever since and have to date bought about 12 ER's.

I shaved with the lady gillette this morning. I do like the injectors, and am not sure why more people aren't using them. It gave me an effortless shave, and has a head that is small enough to easily fit under my nose, and around my chin and neck. It gave me a DFS without any weepers. Luckily, I have the sabbatical starting tomorrow, so I won't get started collecting injectors now.
