Looks like a Rolls Razor to me! Here's a link to some info here on B&B for ya http://wiki.badgerandblade.com/Rolls_Razor That might help out. I've seen em priced online anywhere from $25-$60 and more depending on shape and if everything is there.

Unless it is an early one in working order, I would never go over $20 on them... They are even more plentiful than german travel sets.
