A long time ago feather did have an exact clone like the Schick Injector, and they did produce an actual injector blade similar to the beloved Schicks. As for the status of there injector or blade is anyones guess. Currently they produce the Cobra which takes an injector blade but are much longer than the current Schick specs.

I think your non-vintage injector choices at this point are limited to Ted Pella/Electron Microscopy and Schick.

Yep. Corey Greenburg used to rave about this. maybe a search of his now-defunct blog would turn up the information.

On the other hand, the Schick-branded blades sold through drugstore.com are pretty darned nice. Not sure the Feather would be that much better, and, if I recall correctly, it's kind of a pain in the patootie to make it fit correctly.
