What blades are these?

Has anyone ever seen these before? I know I didn't order them. I recently ordered some items from AP Shave Co. and A & E and found the tuck, I think in one of those boxes, but am unsure. No name, no country of origin, no nothin'! If I get brave enough, maybe I will try one day. Just curious if anyone has ever come across them. Blades come in a plain white wrapper, no glue on blades, both sides of blade bereft of writing.

The paper is not the right colour, but the only blades I know that are packaged like that are Kai. Put it under another blade and if it is marginally wider, that would be it.
