Vintage NOS straights at old drugstore, partII - Zenith & Dorko

After my recent score of the Filarmonicas, I went to another drug-store. Spotted some funny vintage bath soap in the shelves. And occasionally, I asked the clerk for straight razors.
For my surprise, they had a couple of NOS Solingen straights! :w00t::w00t: Both are 11/16'':

You really do need to buy a Lottery ticket with luck like this.

Tell you what, in order to increase your chances at a winning ticket it is well known that an act of charity works every time. Send me those straights that it seems nobody wants anyway and the clerks have shoved to the back of the store shelves. THEN buy the ticket...

Very interesting to see what I might have called hone wear, if I didn't know it was NOS.

No doubt, but that's a significant flat surface at the top. It's just a lot more than I would get with one honing.

There looks to be a little bit of flattening of the spine about 1/2 way from the toe back on the black one, and about 1/3 of the way in from the toe on the dorko.

Great finds, you have have been kissed by lady luck as of late.

And they say lightning doesn't strike in the same place twice.
I think the only reason you're finding them is because they're garbage.
Better send them to me for proper disposal. Doc's dumpster is full. Notice he didn't offer? Along with those harmonica razors too!

You might be right, it looked like the lighting to me
