Vinaigrette Cole Slaw recipe ?

Greetings, campers.

Simple fare, but admitting of oh so many variations.

Has anyone a cole slaw vinaigrette dressing recipe with which they're particularly pleased?
I tried an inaugural batch today and, while acceptable, it wasn't what I had in my mind's eye. Or something.
(My better half enjoyed it, but my unduly discriminating 14-year-old son was nonplussed.)

[Kouros]

1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup olive oil
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

3 carrots, peeled and shredded
1 medium head green cabbage, shredded
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, toss with the dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Goes great with fish tacos!

I really like the copy cat KFC version . . . mayo, milk, vinegar, salt and pepper.
