Totally Stupid Soap Question

I know there are no stupid questions just stupid people who ask stupid questions But how do you load your brush with little samples? I just got my Rooney Stubby 1 (kinda wish I would of got the XL) and they sent me some Mystic and Charlotte samples. I usually load my brush heavy out of the tin and face lather. What do I do with the little samples?

Are these samples soap shavings? If so, what I do is press into the bottom of the covered ramekins (little bowls) that I use to hold my soap pucks and load up the brush from there. The samples I got from Garry's Sample Shop lasted a long time, I've still got some Tabac soap from a ½ oz sample I ordered from Garry's Sample Shop last year.

I just hold them in my hand and load the brush...its messy but i usually only use the sample 2 or 3 times and i know if i like it or not.

YOu can also do what yakster said. especially with mystic soaps as they are soft...and QCS are not overly hard either and can be pressed into a dish.

If you got some slices of soap just rub it on your face as if you are using a shave stick and face lather.

that was kinda the plan but you know the more I post since I am newer the closer I will be able to finally post on B/S/T!

You are at the required 50 posts. However, you may not have the 45 day requirement met depending on when in September you joined.

As for your question (which is far from stupid) press the sample slice into a mug and lather up. If the sample is grated press the gratings into your mug as firmly as possible, adding a dribble of water if it won't adhere.
