TOBS cream: bowl or tube?

I bought last year some tubes of creams TOBS. I am not satisfied for several reasons. At first because cream TOBS does not soften enough the hair, contrary to the others. Besides, the cream was at first almost liquid in tubes, then after about ten day, it has hardens as some putty, so much that I have of to open tubes to the razor blade to extract the rest of cream which did not want to go out any more!
Somebody on a forum said that it was current with tubes, but that their creams in bowl was of much better quality: it would not be the same exactly to be better able to pass by tubes.
What do you think about this?

Considering you get twice as much product in a tub and he price is not that much more than a tube.. I would go tub.

I have only bought tubs and have had no issues with quality thus far

go with the tub.
When you're done, keep the tub.
If you should happen to like a cream that's only available in a tube, you can put it in the tub.

I have several TOBS tubs and they are great quality. I actually have another on its way right now.

When you said at first it was almost liquid, did you open it up as soon as you brought it inside? Was it either sitting outside in the heat for most of the day or shipped from hot climate to another hot climate? Most creams will become a gel-ish liquid when exposed to heat for a few hours and need to sit at room temperature for at least a day or so to get back to the right consistency. I have found that my creams that completely melt into that liquid state do tend to be harder (like a soft soap) once they are brought back to a 'normal' temperature. To combat this I will add a few drops of water when I go to use them to soften them up a bit.
