Time to shave?

One of the Mantic videos mentioned that for some unknown reason, many wet-shavers report the best results when shaving 20 min after getting up, before having breakfast. Is this really the case? Seems possible, but really how much difference do you think the timing makes?

In addition to learning to wet-shave, I just started meditating in the mornings. I'm going to have to get up earlier and earlier :001_tongu

My guess is that time of day has a negligible impact at best. Your prep, tools, and skill will be a much greater factor in your shave.

I think what he is referring to, is it may be better not to shave immediately after getting out of bed.

The reasons for waiting and eating a bit are:

1. People wake up with facial edema (puffiness of skin ) which goes away after getting up from a laying position.

2. Eating exercises and tightens facial muscles used to stretch skin during the shave . I dont know why not eating would be more helpfull.

Like many other things , the importance of this will very from person to person
