Picked up this book while visiting a thrift store on my lunch break today.
Really good condition, doesnt look like its been read much at all.
Interesting reading for sure!!

I asked Mr. Krumholtz if he had updated the pdf, correcting the errors in the book, but did not receive a reply.

He did an updated version, but it only added a chapter. As far as I can tell, no other changes were made.

Philip Krumholtz's handle on eBay is Razorman2 and you can get a PDF version on a CD directly from him for $20. Since he does have active sale items, I didn't know if it was kosher to directly link his store, but easy enough to find him by searching for his handle there.
