Thayer's for all-over use?

I currently use Thayer's no-alcohol formula as a face toner and AS. I have eczema and was wondering if the Thayer's might be effective on the rest of me, as an addition to my regular prescription cream. Has anyone done this and does it work? The only downside I can see is that the rose scent might be overwhelming from using so much.

The rose scent is mild and dissipates quickly. Thayer's also makes unscented alcohol-free versions.

I use Thayer's Lavender for a post shave lotion. Heck it is all I use. I find that paired with Nancy Boy's signature shave cream it is all I need. I typically spread any excess on my arms and find it works well. As for your eczema it may help soothe inflammation and irritation. In contrast, heavy chemical based lotions might worsen your condition. I love Thayer's!

Yeah, I avoid over-the counter moisturizers as a general rule. Most of them are ineffective for me and many actually irritate my skin. I have cream from my dermatologist for flare-ups. I really enjoy the Thayers as an AS splash so I will give it a go all-over after my shower tonight.

Thayer's makes a number of products. I recently received a bottle of the "Superhazel w/Aloe Vera" and its recommended as a topical for skin irritation. It does contain camphor which could irritate some skin conditions. I wonder about "alcohol free", though. It seems I read that witch hazel extract must contain alcohol or it degrades quickly.

I love witch hazel as a splash. In the summer time, I'll forgo most lotions during the day time and just get an all over splash of the stuff.
