Taylor of Old Bond Street- Shaveshop

Bought a bottle of this on line recently, purchased blind as I'd never seen it before but relied on some of the descriptions I was able to find. My first impression is that it is not a match for me- it seems heavy with some sort of sandalwood fragrance, like something I'd wear in my 'hippie' days.
I may find in time I like it- that happens often with me. Anyone else use this and what's your take on it?

One of my favorites. Smells like barbershop to me--soapy, citrusy.

I like all four of the TOBS scents I have. Yes they are a bit barbershoppy, but that's fine, great for every day wear. I actually like D.R. Harris AS and colognes a bit better.

I own SS, Sandalwood, Eton College and Mr Taylors, and I like them in that descending order.
