Hey all - just ordered a synthetic knot from TGN's on the 'bay just a few minutes ago and wondered if anyone here had any experience with them - how do they preform and how do they feel on the face and such. I know, I know - I should have asked first before I bought, but I figured it can't be that bad, right? But was just checking, to make sure. I'm in the middle of a hand-tools only restore that I'll do a write-up on once the replacement knot comes in, but just getting second thoughts about the synthetic knot so figured I'd ask now... better late than never?

TGN is the same as the one used in the Franks Synthetic.

People use and enjoy them.... I sold mine. Couldn't compare to badger.

thanks for the link - great review. Sounds like I made a good bet in ordering it. We'll see how it goes when it gets here and mounted in it's new body!
