Need advice. I'm looking for a brush in "best"--a little firmer than super. I want a 20-21mm knot. The Superiors are made in the USA and have good reviews for their supers, but only one for their best line. The handles are custom. The Shavemac finest (their "best", I think) is well reviewed (more reviews on their silvertips, though). But after 2 weeks I got no response to my emails about getting a different handle than what they show for the smallest 21mm knot. The handle is obviously secondary to the bristle quality and how it handles soaps and my face. Advice appreciated before the $ goes out.

I would say go with the Shavemac...their Finest is a great deal. I also like their handles a bit more than Superiors...but as they say YMMV.
