Most of the razors I buy are vintage and around $50. Generally speaking, they're all vintage but some, occasionally, will cost more. They shave great.
If I just have to have wood scales, I make them.
If I was trying to be frugal - a Dovo best 6/8 is under $100 sometimes.
Just honed one of these, good blade.
Last razor I picked up was a Swede Frameback, cost under $20 shipped. It did need work but it does shave great.
When I go looking for a razor I don't set a lengthy list of parameters, I just look to see what's out there and if something presentable pops up I might grab it.
