Been looking for my first boar brush which I want to use in both bowl and face lathering, and so far Ive narrowed it down to a couple Omegas: 31064, 81052, and 10275
I like the fact that the 31064 has a resin handle which gives it some heft, but is it really worth the extra money compared to the 81052, which seems to be similar in loft size and knot size. How much of a difference will the heavy handle make when bowl and face lathering?
Ive also been looking at the 10275 which is similar in size to my Rooney 3/1. Is the 9mm-10mm loft size difference between the 10275 and 81052 going to be noticeable when bowl or face lathering?
