Picked up the bug to restore some old straights. A hollow ground Geneva with black scales, hollow ground A.J. Jordan black scales, a W&B wedge with some broken, cracked, chipped blonde scales, and an OLF wedge with blonde scales that have maybe termite holes(not sure on what made the 3 little holes. Picked up the batch of them for $14.00 the blades all look very restoreable, the W&B has a very small nick on the cutting edge of the blade and a nice etching which is mostly obscured by rust. The pics are in my album(I'm new to forums and didn't know how to post pics from my flashdrive. One quick resto question, will the etching on the W&B withstand the normal sanding progression or is there a gentler method to be used?
