...a sandalwood soap or cream that actually smells like real, rich woody sandalwood. Please help!!!

Have tried:

- AOS: scent is too light / green / cologney-y, smells more like TOBS avocado
- TOBS: love it, but is an old english cologney take on sandalwood...with very little true sandalwood scent in it
- Salters: similer to TOBS, but with more cinnamon than cologne, has a spiced cookiedough like smell to it.
- SCS: By FAR the most realistic smelling sandalwood....but has more almond and is not as deep and rich as the real thing.

Suggestions welcome!

I'm enjoying Queen Charlotte Soaps' sandalwood shaving cream and bar soap. Smells great.

Have you tried DR Harris?

I am actually not sure how pure Sandalwood smells like because all products seem to have their own take on it. From what you listed, I have tried AOS and TOBS, and the scent of DR Harris smells nothing like them.

Edit: I misread your initial post; I didn't realize you were only interested in soap or cream. I have only tried the Harris AS, and I don't know if the cream and soap have the same scent.
