@Sotiris_A if you have not reach it yet, you should just about be at the state where you wished that you had started SR shaving in your teens.
In my teens I was so absent-minded that even cartridges were dangerous...
I wish I had started the whole journey earlier so that I would have ended up using a SR at 25 instead of 39. I consider my time with a DE paramount for my SR shaves now. It was a great introduction on using a proper shaving angle and figuring out what is good prep for my face, slick lather, how my beard grows both in direction but also where it grows more parallel to the face and I need to adjust my angle etc.
What I love about SR is the fact that it is so technique dependent that it gives you satisfaction for using your gear. It is also very gentle on the skin and ends up a very relaxing experience. You need to empty the mind and focus on the task. At the moment I don't really want to use a different method.
