I made a thread in 'General' about it. After quite a few years now of dedicated service, my beloved EJ Synthetic is about to be replaced with Maggard's new tiny synthetic.

Very, very nice.

I have since had that re-knotted with a Declaration Grooming B5.

Who did the job of replacing the knot? Oh, never mind; DG doesn't sell their knots unless they do the work. Since they require your handle have no knot, how did you remove the remaining and broken Thater knot and the rest of the stuff needed removing to have a naked, empty handle?

Asylum handle works well on the R41 too, good balance. Surprisingly good one pass head shave with the Chinese Wilkinson.
