Brush: West Coast Shaving Ancient Stone
Razor: Rockwell 6S
Blade: Feather shave 9

A very nice shave.

My new (well, 16 shaves new) Omega Mixed Midget has been losing ~2 hairs per shave since the beginning. Today it shed seven. I think I'll chuck it in the bin, and probably buy another.
I'm back on a marzipan high today with the soap and ASL. :letterk1:

Happy shaves guys. :cornut:

Thursday night shave

Prep: Noxzema face wash
Soap: Vintage Crabtree & Evelyn
Brush: Omega Mixed Midget Badger/boar
Razor: Merkur 34C HD, shave #9
Blade: Shaico, shimmed (#1)
Post: Alum -> hyaluronic acid -> Aqua Velva

Two-pass CCS, but had to work to get there. First use of a Shaico blade and it tugged on both the first and second passes. Do not think this blade is for me, but will try it again tomorrow to be sure.

My Mixed Midget is a shedder, too. Great brush though! And I’ll definitely buy another when the time comes.

I went Agar/Oud for this Freedom Friday. Just a nice shave. Loved it.

Prep: Hot Shower and Bloom/Lather Building Water
Soap: Stirling Agar
Razor: Rockwell Razors 6S Matte Black(R6, R4, and R3)/Merkur Mustache and Eyebrow Razor
Blade: Tiger Platinum (3)/Merkur Mustache and Eyebrow Blade (No Idea)
Brush: Stirling SHD
AS/EdC: Home Made Oud AS/EdC
ASB: Stirling Agar ASB

I scraped some of the Stirling Agar into the bottom of my Captains Choice Heavy Copper, poured some hot water over it while I showered. I poured the bloom water into the VdH bowl with fresh hot water to build the lather from. That lather got slick, thick, and creamy.

Good God, this shave was just a delight to the senses. I feel good, look good, and smell good. Just nice. Picked up my laundry at the laundry point and the ladies were very pleased. Then again they're pleased when I use Aqua Velva.

Prep: Valobra Glycerlanolina soap, Myrsol Emulsion
Brush: Rooney 1/3 Super Silvertip Badger
Soap: Stirling Deep Blue Sea
Razor: Wolfman WR1
Blade: Vintage NOS Gillette Platinum Royal (11)
Post: Thayers Cucumber Witch Hazel; Cella Aftershave Splash
Scent: TOBS Eton College

What a beautifully scented soap - a delightful fresh blend of citrus and gentle woods, with a bit of spice. It is a dupe of Bleu de Chanel, which makes me want to buy the original.
The vintage Gillette Platinum Royal blade is still sharp and smooth, but I'll likely soon replace it for the sake of change/variety.
A refreshing 3 pass shave with a BBS result.
