Coate’s Lime Cream today. 20 seconds to load the Knotsinyourhead/Whipped Dog Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Vintage Gillette Platinum Plus still in the Gillette Slim. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Country Club Frozen Vetiver aftershave.

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Fine Snake Bite Shave Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #18 Silvertip brush. I did two passes with the RazoRock Black Hawk razor with a Feather Professional blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

This is the finest "modern" razor I own. It provides a quick, smooth, and effecient shave. No nicks, cuts, or abrasions. +10

Great way to start off the day! This was the first time I used the MitA A/S splash and it was a face-freezer!! I was a little off-put at first by the petroleum scent when first applied but that dissipated immediately and the boozy, lime scent came through. This stuff is COLD!! It's been about an hour and I can still feel it on my face and hands!
