FLASHBACK! SOTD from 5 years ago today...seems like yesterday! I sold this Kamisori but wish I still had it. Broke the 1890's Redware Ohio/Pennsylvania Primitive Hand Stenciled. Sold the Omega Boar...bought another 3 years later. Finished both the Blenheim Bouquet Shaving cream and EDT and promptly re-bought...never without those two! Wonderful memories!

@ronweston , that's a looooooong handle!

You've got that right, Sam! It really feels long (and hefty) in the hand, making it a bit unwieldy at times. But still, I found it (on only my second shave with it) to be a fine razor. My first meeting with the V2OC MR6 a couple of months ago was somewhat problematic, leaving me with one of those "Is an open comb really for me?" moments. My technique must have improved. Now I'm actually looking forward to shaving with it again ... and I do have a few shorter handles I could use.
