My dear B&B friends, here is the plan for the month of August regarding the SOTD "themed weeks".
PORTUGAL, SOTD "themed week" August 1st - August 7th 2011: The first week of this month is dedicated to Portugal!
This, just like Spain, is a beautiful land with an old and very respected barbershop tradition. 
Many of the finest soft shaving creams and boar brushes come from here. 
And, during this week, you have to show us all your best Portuguese shaving tools. Therefore add in your always wonderful photos at least one item that has been "made in Portugal". 
LOW COST, SOTD "themed week" August 8th - August 14th 2011: As most Old School Wet Shavers, I strongly believe that a superior quality shave can be obtained with very cheap shaving items.
During this week just add in your shots your very best, inexpensive tools!
LUXURY, SOTD "themed week" August 15th - August 21st 2011: For some of us wet shaving is also a huge passion and a hobby in which we have invested a lot of money...
Some shaving items are objectively expensive. But we love them... 
And we want to see your most luxurious "shaving gems"!
FAVOURITE BRUSH, SOTD "themed week" August 22nd - August 28th 2011: The shaving tool that mainly characterizes a true wet shaver is his shaving brush. And, although many of us own several brushes, each of us has one favourite shaving brush. During this week only that brush has to appear in your marvellous pics. If you have two favourite brushes, obviously feel free to rotate them! 
FREE WEEK, SOTD "themed week" August 29th - September 4th 2011: Just post any picture of your choice!
