So, does anyone know if a puck of soap, unused and in the package go bad? If I bought Arlington, and Trumper's Rose in a wood bowl, which both last a long time, would it be feasible to also buy at the same time, or shortly there after, a fresh refill to have on hand, or is it best to buy one only when you need it?

I wouldn't see a problem with having another soap I wouldn't think soap would go bad and if it does not for a looong time.

You can keep most soap forever. There are many men on this forum that use soaps that are over 30 years old.
