...do they exist for less than $30 for good quality? I've only found one or two or poor quality. All my typical retailers don't. Any suggestions guys?

very true. but vintage NDC 40's SS are less than $30 (actually i paid $9 for mine) and its been my only razor (have a slim adj on the way). So i get what your saying but as always YMMV.
