Just curious if there is a better way to contact Bernd at Shavemac other than via the email address provided on the Shavemac website. I have an issue I need to discuss with Bernd.

That's the contact info. Use it, he'll respond in a few days. 
In my experience, he is back in touch within 48 hours. I think he's the only one who peruses Shavemac's emails, so you should not have a problem reaching him.
You won't have any problem at all contacting him through the address provided. He'll make sure you get your answer.
