Much like the talc offered by Acqua di Parma, I believe this is the best iteration of the English Fern fragrance that Penhaligon’s ever offered. Both fragrances (EF & AdP) are wonderful, to be sure, but somehow I think the corresponding talcs are even better in terms of scent.
