Looks like a Razor for Andre the Gaint. 
I wonder if you throw a tub of cream and a few litres of water into the breech of that brush, then just splash around in it like it's a kiddie pool. That is epic.
I've got a 100 pack of blades for that when you get it.
Where in the world would you get blades for that sucker??
Must be from the Paul Bunyan Estate Sale.
Still works out to about .25c per blade but the freight........................
