Razor: Schick injector golden 500 with hydro-magic variant- MFG 1957-64
Blade: Personna injector SS-PTFE (4)
Soap : Razorock Santa Maria del Fiore "Firenze"
Brush : Razorock Plissoft
Pre-Shave: Brush wash my face with CeraVe hand bar soap + a dollop of clear Aoe Vera Gel on beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 3.
Post shave: Avon True Gent colonge with witch hazel + Avon True gent aftershave + Nivea Men balm.
Results : CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + 1 blemish weeper=

This was my first shave with a Gem type SE and I must say it was quite nice. The thing looks kind of mean, but it is a real pussycat. BBS in my usual three passes.

Great shave, and on the 9th on this particular GEM. - And I noticed that it doesn't actually sit quite flat in my Genesis, as it was one of the left over punch attempts at modifying the blade, with slightly mis-placed punches.

Getting a BBS is indicating the blade is working well enough even if it's not sitting perfect, great information to Talk about for us fellows who tinker with modified Gem blades. I also use a modified Gem blade in my Valet auto-strop C1 razor that can also use the FHS-10 blade also as you might already know.

GEMonday today, I haven't taken taken this one out of the rack for awhile and it performed nicely with a little help with prep and technique. Great shave!
Razor : Gem Junior 1912 parade with the baton handle variant - Mfg 1943
Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE (3)
Soap : Razorock Santa Maria del Fiore "Firenze"
Brush : Yaqi wolf whiskers 24mm
Pre-shave: Brush wash my face with CeraVe hand bar soap + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 3.
Post shave: Razorock Emperor with witch Hazel + Avon "True Gent" balm- very nice scent.
Results : CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers =
