I had this Black Tip with a stainless screw that was so rusted that the knob refused to turn, I replaced it with a brass screw for another Super Speed....I didn't realy solved the problem, I still short of one screw loll Is there something available at home Hardware that could be used ?

I did, I didn't find anything : / I was thinking, the thread is inverted right ? It might be difficult to find a replacement : /

Left handed screw. Turns the opposite way. On some of the variations you'll need to notch the center of the screwdriver. Here's a pic of the screwdriver I modded to fit the screws on super speeds,
