all of the sudden,, i HAVE to make mead now.
because of this site, i found "gotmead.com" and now i have to make it.

want some home made mead by x-mas next year? you had better get crackin'!

You'll probably find that if it's JUST honey and no additions of fruit, spices etc that it's perfectly good to drink after just 3 or 4 months also stronger, sweeter meads (4 or 5lbs per gallon) tend to be drinkable earlier than drier meads
