Salter shaving soap

Gents, this has to be one of the classic unsung heroes in all of shavedom.
It's re-branded Truefitt & Hill Luxury shaving soap.

Lather and slickness are top-notch with a mild (VERY mild) lavender scent that's gone by the end of the shave and a clean soap smell. I was able to easily build enough lather for 4 passes using my Rooney Heritage Stubby 2.
For a non-tallow soap, I'm still amazed with its performance.

The best part? Instead of shelling out $16-20 for T&H Luxury refill, you can get the same exact 99-gram refill masquerading as a C.R. Salter brand from West Coast Shaving for $6 a puck. Good thing I bought two.

No, not to my knowledge, but the creams are amazing as well.

By the way, Bullgoose Shaving accidentally ordered the mug sized puck, instead of the bowl sized puck of this recently, so he has the mug sized pucks on clearance for a mere $2.50 per puck!!

I see now, attempting to add it to your cart generates an error saying it is out of stock.

I had expected the ad copy to either indicate it was out of stock, or for the ad to be taken down.

Somewhat related, but just tried my first Salter cream day (the wild rose.) Really great shave. Easy path to the BBS, and no irritation from the scent.
