Roller ball pen for SWMBO

My wife likes to collect pens but she only gets the cheap ones, I am looking to get her a nicer pen in the $25 price range for xmas. Does anyone have any suggestions? My criteria apart from price is:

• Looks nice
• Easy to get refills, preferably different colors
• Can order online

The only one I have looked at so far is the Kaigelu 316, anyone know if the refills for this are standard? Thank you for your time gents.

According to the ISellPens site, Kaigelu rollerballs take both Kaigelu and "Duke" refills. A quick search shows that Duke refills, which I'd never heard of before, are available on Amazon. Don't know how much luck you'd have in office stores.

I have the fountain pen version of the 316, which apparently is very similar except for having a fountain pen section. It's very attractive and has a nice heft to it, but the cap doesn't stay posted, if that would be important to your wife. Also the FP version writes terribly for me, although other people have had better luck. Rollerballs are less finicky.

Someone else may have suggestions for other "nice" rollerballs. I do have one of these Schrade pens, which I use with the rollerball refill, and Schmidt style refills are easy to find. It comes in black, too. I don't know, though, seems more like a guy pen. On the other hand, if she decides to try a fountain pen at some point, the option is right there.

Retro 51's. Big color selection on Amazon.com where most are around $20. I think they look very classy and timeless. And they use Parker-style refills, so shouldn't be problem there
