Question for the Goo-ru's!

Hey guys! I need the help of one of our local Goo-ru's. I have a gold ball end Tech(46-50) and like it for occasional clean ups. My only complaint is that the light weight combined with the skinny handle is enough I don't like it as a regular shaver. The question is are the earlier Fat Handle Techs a little heavier and is the handle a lot more comfortable? I have heard they me be a touch more aggressive and that is ok as my real go to razors are a Red Tip, Slim(on 5), and a Ranger Tech. TIA for all your help!

Hey Jay I got a few of the Fat Handled Techs and I gotta say that they are not much heavier. They are hollow, however I find them a little more comfortable to handle due to the chubbier handle.

There is no real difference in the performance of the ball-end versus fat-handled techs. They weigh roughly the same. The differences are just ergonomics.

I couldn't feel much differences in performance also.

Big difference that design makes for the shaving pleasure, though.
I do like the fat handle, but the ball-end is just too tiny for me too.

YMMV
