purchased an oddball gillette? any guesses?

The date suggests President, but the knurling on a president is different. It should have alternating lines of knurling and smooth, in stripes that look nearly equal in width.
Anybody seen a Gillette that would look like this?

As best I can tell, this looks like a President to me. The pics aren't the best, but in comparison to the one on mr-razor's site, they look the same. Better pics would make it easier to tell for sure!

I guess it could be. The pic makes it look like it's smooth where there should be knurling.
