Hi there,
I made a big booboo a while ago and while prepping for dinner using a Furi Qu knife (it says Hardened and Tempered CrMov) instead of usual german ones I stupidly grabbed my steel and ran it over the Furi. I have chipped the edge in quite a few places big enough that you can see if held up to the light, maybe .3mm but thats a total guess. Is there any way I can fix that without spending big on sharpening tools and stones?
It's only a cheap knife I guess so maybe I'd be better of to put the money towards a Japanese knife before the deal closes (yes I have to be quick)
It's similar to this one except with green/black rubber handle

Thanks for any advice
